A couple of thoughts: is it designed for the market you are using it in? It could have the wrong wiring to the plug. First, it won&#39;t dial in either the tone or pulse mode. There is a dial tone when I pick up the receiver but when I dial a number the dial tone remains. Second, the sound in either speakerphone or normal mode is very faint. Third, when I pick up the phone after it rings I can&#39;t hear the voice on the other end.<div><br class="khtml-block-placeholder" /></div><div>Any ideas of what might be wrong?
