My guess is that most dealers will have an ex display model that they will be glad to see the back of. Why not just call/email any dealers in your area and make a silly offer. you may just strikw lucky

My dealer is using it for DVD playback on BV8's. Good match with the BV8 stand. I guess many dealers are giving them the same use.

Is this in the latest B&O magazine? I didn't know the second magazine / catalogue had been released.

I admire your honesty. I can't help you out with info on which dealers might have DVD2s to flog, but I will wish you good luck at trying to figure out how to operate the thing, let alone copying a DVD if you manage to get hold of one.

I'm toying with adding a DVD2 into my system for the DVD writing capability, although numerous people have told me it's a dreadful piece of kit. When the V8000 was discontinued, I was able to pick up a new, ex-demo model from a dealer for next to nothing. Does anyone know of any dealers desperate to get shot of a DVD2 at a very low price? If so, please PM me. Don't really want to pay much for it, partly because I'm naturally mean, but mainly because all I need it for is the writing function.
