I suffer from the same problem: When watching DVDs, I have to turn up volume by three "clicks" to obtain the same volume as when watching TV or listening to music. However playing a CD in the same player does not require this correction. So I assume that it may also depend on the recording of each individual disk or the player is delivering different output signals depending on the media type.

How is your MX7000 connected? Datalink (AUX)?

What input do you select on the Beocenter 2 to listen to the TV?

Did you ever try the sequence "AV CD" to hear the CD sound through the TV?

Volume BL8000

Hi everyone, I got a question for you experts out there.

When I listen to the radio or a cd on my Beocenter 2 I can turn up the volume to ± 60. The BL8000 sound then very loud. But when I watch a dvd and turn on the speakers I have to turn up the volume of the BL8000 to ± 54/56 and they do not sound very loud at all.

Is this normal or do I need a different setting or something?

Set up: Beocenter 2, 2x BL8000, MX7000.

PS. I can listen to the MX7000 over the BL8000 but not listen to a cd or radio over the MX7000. Do not know if this is important information??

Greetz Conan.
