Logically it has to be something in the STB-C that is sending the Text instruction before changing channel. Why - goodness knows!

Mine is an Avant 32 DVD and Sky+. You only get a small flash of Teletext - less than half a second.

It doesn't happen to mine. I have Avant 32 VCR and Sky plus.

Quite correct! It does it on mine as well! Not on my AV9000 - but I don't have the STB-C fitted yet!

Your correct. It happens on channels

121 - Bravo,

122 - Bravo+1,

123 - Bravo 2.

Then when you leave these channels and go to BBC 1 it happens on this channel too. I dont watch Bravo often.

If I remember it correctly the issue was with subtitles apearing on channels 121-125 and not teletext as a whole.

Oh dear, Thanks Peter can you do a simple test, go to channel 121 then 101 and see if it happens. It does it every time for me. I see BBC Ceefax for a second then it dissapears. I'll turn everything off and back on again to see if that works. Can you remember a topic on the old forum about this?

If I watch Bravo channel on SKY then switch to BBC1 Teletext appears for about 2 seconds. Other channels do it too. It happens on both my Avant & BV1. I remember something about this on the old forum can anyone remind me of the outcome.
