Thanks. As I understand your post there is no (non HD) version of the 50" plasma. They first one (called D6) is 1366x768 (hench supporting 720i/p) and the later (D7, D8, D9/D10) are all 1080i/p. Correct? Where (exaclty) can I find information about this in the products-section? When choosing Televisions-Plasma-Beovision 4 I only find information on the "old" one (not stating "which one it really is) and all being based on the old BS2-setup. Not a word on the current "situation" with BS3 and so on...

Re: What different BV 4-50 panels exists?

Hi,

You can find all the info in the product section of BeoWorld. Bascially there are 3 versions: the BV4-50 mkI (EU), type no 897x (resolution 1366x768), followed by the mkII, type no 9039-9049 (resolution 1920x1080) and the current D9/D10 edition called mkIII with type no 905x,908x,907x and 911x). The first one came with the BeoSystem 2, the HD-Ready version with the BeoSystem 2 mkII (w/DVI) and the current is driven by the great BeoSystem 3.

Roger

What different BV 4-50 panels exists?

Hello!

I would like a source of information on the different types of plasma panels that exist (or existed) in the Beovision 4-50 range. I've understood that there are models called D7, D8, D9 and possibly even D10 (at least). Could someone post a "matrix" of information (or similar) comparing the different models (tech spec, basically). Thanks for all the great support some of you people in here supply on a daily basis!
