Thsi should be easy to fix, there are loads of posts on the 4000 series and alo good manuals to access. If you don't have any success I will help you. Im sure you will get this sorted out on a great turtable, good find. Incidently how much did you get it for?

Just picked up this tt. all seems to work (although I am still waiting for my DIN to RCA adapter) so I do not know sound yet. BUt spins, arm lowers and moves sideways etc.

one issue: arm lower by itself at beg. of dsisc but just a few milileters shy of outisde grooge. In other words it drops off the side of LP as opposed to on the LP. Any easy adjustment?
