And it varies heavily on the quality and type of music you put through them! In fact, as I type this I am listening to one of our two pairs even though another room in the house has Beolab 9s. If you are interested in older B&amp;amp;O stuff, there are lots of nice pieces of equipment you can pick up for not much money to start a collection&amp;nbsp;A nice 1970s Beolit&amp;nbsp;radio or similar springs to mind. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Someone else I&amp;#39;m sure will be along to advise you on how to best spend your money on new equipment. I&amp;#39;ve always believed in the &amp;#39;buy the best you can afford&amp;#39; maxim, so I would lean towards BL3s if you can get them.
