I went for gold just for the heck of it. I might actually be sending these in later when I get a new scanner at work, I have some that are not on site.<br /></p><p>There were quite a lot of service manuals (with a watermark added, and therefore mostly rendered illegible due to the extra compression step) at beocollectors.com, but it seems to have disappeared and the domain expired last month.
