We did try and pre-empt this, and BeoWorld paid the developers to build in the 'renew and keep your "F"' function.

See - we love you that much we pay money for you not to get upset !!

You will probably need to log out and then log back in again for your Gold Founder Icon to be displayed.

Please let me know if there's any problems.

Hi Graeme

Once you are logged in, if you go to the upgrade/renew page and upgrade your account from a bronze to gold then your gold (F) status will be reinstated.

Hey Graeme,

They've been giving the F status back to people who forgot to renew. I wouldn't worry about it. They haven't been holding to the "once someone loses the F status they won't get it back" rule.

Oh no.............. have i lost my F status cause I let my membership lapse?

I have been working oversea's and have not had the time to renew, I will be royally P'd off if that is the case!
