Never had a problem.&nbsp; I can only think your SIM is not cleared for foreign lands.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Ring your provider and ask.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Or even quicker have you used your phone outside the UK yet?&nbsp; If not have it cleared for using abroad and see if that changes anything.
