Never had a problem.&amp;nbsp; I can only think your SIM is not cleared for foreign lands.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ring your provider and ask.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Or even quicker have you used your phone outside the UK yet?&amp;nbsp; If not have it cleared for using abroad and see if that changes anything.
