I think there are actually 3 versions.

With the initial one you had very funny operation when using DVD. I.e. you had to push Go multiple times. That was fixed maybe a year or 2 ago. I think they also added DVIX. The audible feedback came end of last year, in the US they are still selling off the models without.

The initial version seemed to be somewhat picky with some DVDs which is something I havent noticed with my new one.

So I would definitely recommend getting a later version.

The new one has audio feedback on key presses which is well worth having. No difference in performance though.

Dear all,

is there a big differencebetween past and present BC2 models? I don't mind buying pre-owned B&O andI'm just wondering whether there is a point in considering a new one...
