My dealer has confirmed for me that the speaker frets (grill) for Beolab 1s are still available in the burgundy (red, as shown in picture in preceding post) color. I was hoping to be able top get just the fabric as my desire is to recover the speaker panel on a Beovision 10 with the burgundy fabric to match the speakers. Dealer and I had looked into ordering a Beolab 1 fret, removing the fabric and using it on the 10. Unfortunately the fabric on a Beolab 1 is about 1/2 inch too narrow to cover the panel on the 10, at least without a seam.

I'm waiting by a "danish" confirmation, but I think they're avalible in the "classic" colours: green, blue and purple (called "red")...

As [xegoon] mentioned... they are available, but I am sure not in the color you are looking for. I too have an Avant in that color and someday would like to know the same answer.

While the OEM that provided the original material is unknown to me -nor any source for it. I think it would be great to launch a thread -> FAQ that lists not just this example, but ALL equal or close matches for any original material! I could use some of the original BL/BV panel material in blue right now!

You can order them (a pair) to a B&O dealer as a spare service part. They are avalible (corrected) in black, dark grey, golden, silver, and white

If you need only the cloth, without the plastic structure, you must choose an impermeable to sound cloth

There is a dealer in Holland called Ed Baak who has a guy that can recover in any colour you like. I have seen the work, and it's first class.
