I endorse everything that King Street said about the guys at Lynear. I have known all three of them for around 20 years and they are B&O through and through. They have so much knowledge between them it's frightening.

Hi,

King Street use Lynear Technical Services, based in Chorley - not so far from Liverpool. Contact number is 01257262937.

They have three of the most experienced B&O guys in the UK (planet ? universe ?? ) in the form of Ray, Neil and Brian.

I would go so far as to say that there is no greater B&O "knowledge bank" in the UK ( Keith S aside )

Ray was taken to Struer for 25 years service as an audio bench engineer - so he has real time experience of most kit. Neil is the best link installer I have ever known, and what Brian doesn't know about BeoVisions isn't worth knowing. In other words, we recommend them.

I have no personal experience, but I have heard good things about B&O Chester (peters Hi-Fi).

I'm collecting early B&O pieces that require service/repair.

Can anyone recommend individuals/centres that carry out repairs/services?

I live near Liverpool, so local travel would be very helpful.
