The time indication remains on when the Beolab 3500 is playing, but whenever you operate the Beolab 3500 either with the buttons on the unit or by the remote control, the display will give a brief status of the operation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;Option 0&lt;/font&gt; -- No clock, in standby only the red standby light will be on. When playing, the status will be shown permanently. This option should be selected if you do not have a master unit which supports the clock.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;Option 1&lt;/font&gt; -- I think this is the one most people will use.
