Can you explain please? When I switch on the TV the format is &amp;#39;1&amp;#39;&amp;nbsp; which on my widescreen leaves part of the top and bottom words on the screen out of sight, especially so with &amp;#39;rolling news&amp;#39; across the screen on news channels.
