And i can access to the Video Modes in the System Settings too.

Please, check your screen, sometimes appears a red point in the right corner when PC Menu is on it. I remember that was a bug, but, sorry, i don't remember how to fix it. Maybe Keith can help you.

Regards

Re: BeoMedia One Software problems

Quim,

that was also my first idea - unfortunally BeoMedia one made meanwhile an automatic softwareupdate and the recovery is grey-out and can't be accessed. What software version do you have? You can see my version in the first post. Did you already try the recovery? Did it really reinstall everything from the scratch?

After this automatic update I also can't access the "network settings" (greyout). The "Video modes" in the "System settings" are also not accessible (greyout).

Maybe someone knows if ther are new cryptic codes available to access this after the update?

Regards

Claus

Re: BeoMedia One Software problems

Hi Claus

In the PC menu, press red button and 9. Then, press 0,0 Go and you will have an option called Recovery. If you use this function, the software will be reinstalled like new one. After this, maybe you will need a software update, but Beomedia 1 does it automatically.

Sorry for my english

Regards

BeoMedia One Software problems

I had problems with the BeoMedia 1 Software on BeoMedia One: The paths to the folders were lost.
Via Add/Remove Software, I made a repair on the BeoMedia 1 software.
After the repair, the folders are found again, but now I get an "Exception Access Violation in module Beophoto.exe".
Does anybody know how I can remove / reinstall the BeoMedia 1 software on BeoMedia One to have again a clean installation?

Where can I get the installkit for this?
