Eventually I bought a brand new fret that cost me more than the spray paint of the case, but you know B&amp;amp;O prices! I think the only way to change the colour of frets is to remove the original fabric &amp;amp; glue the one you wish to have, prevented it is an acoustically neutral one. However I think the fabric is thermo-glued, so it might not be an easy task either.
