It has a programmable remote which is able to control the most basic functions of a lot of televisions (on/off, volume), so you can for the most part live without touching the remote of the TV.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m sure there&amp;#39;s no hope for it to able to use the later B&amp;amp;O 455 kHz remote standard, but is the Mars bar of MX2000 similar to something else that I could try? There&amp;#39;s no mention of Nordmende in the code list, and the three different codes given for ITT didn&amp;#39;t work either.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On/off would not be a big problem, but the Humax doesn&amp;#39;t have any kind of volume control in itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
