In Keith's defence, the service manual is not at all clear!!

Some time ago I did the same job as you are proposing and I remember that it was easy to duplicate parts, some of which are quite expensive.

Your dealer should really sort this out for you as he can refer to the spares database when ordering.

One thing is clear. You will definitely need the steel wall plate and the two items shown in the drawing.

Then there are longer bolts, the springs for the tilt operation and washers to suit. They are numbered 1,2 and 3 in the drawing and can be ordered by part number by your dealer.

If you obtain all this I don't believe you will need anything else. Just what the other part numbers contain is a mystery!

Keith, I'm a little confused between the 2 answers.

Do I need all of the following: 303138, 3164920, 3031302, 3031235 and 3031333?

Or are 303138 and 3164920 included in 3031302, 3031235 or 3031333?

Thank you Graham for pointing out that I had missed out the key element i.e. the piece of metal which fits to the wall.

He will need the bit that screws on the wall as well Keith. Do you know the part number for that?

I am surprised that your dealer could not find this information. You are looking for parts 9022 and 9023 in the diagram below and the part number of 9022 is 3031382 and part 9023 is 3164920

I bought a display model BL3500. It was mounted on the table stand. I wish to mount it on the wall. From looking at the setup guide downloaded from this site (thank you very much Beoworld!), there is a standard part that ships attached to the BL3500 that must be removed to use the table stand (it is shown on pages 6 and 7). I need this piece as it is required for wall mount. My dealer is having a difficult time determining the part number for this. Their book has numbers and vague descriptions, but no pictures. Does anybody know the part number for this piece?

Btw, in the past I've had good service from this dealer so I'm somewhat confused and getting frustrated at their inability to do something that seems pretty simple.
