No, that model is 100 Hz

Type numbers 81XX & 810X were 50 Hz

Pekka,

A Type 8400 is a European version, but not UK, Ireland etc. It is a 32" Mark I and does NOT have a Real Flat screen.

The type number by country for this version are as follows:-

8400 A-B-CH-D-DK-E-GR-N-NL-S-SF and any other country which uses PAL B/G
8401 B-CH-E-F
8402 Hong Kong
8403 UK plus other countries with UK style plug and PAL I (6 MHZ sound Carrier)
8404 Italy
8405 Australia
8406 Singapore
8407 Korea

Real Flat AVANT's are in the following Type range:-

28" - 833X

28" CTV -- 837X

32" - 843X

Hi, could someone tell, what a type 84/00 Avant actually is? I know it's 32" and VCR, but is it RF? And is it 50hz or 100Hz?

Anything else, to keep in mind when considering to buy one?
