Rudy Taylor, the store manager, is co-ordinating a pretty large installation of a home theater and 4 other link rooms. He has been fantastic thus far (about half way through now) and I would recommend these guys for any B&amp;O job/product. They gave great advice concerning product choice as well. I write this as a customer who has read many negative reviews of B&amp;O stores and service in general- hopefully this gives the other side of the story some exposure.<br /></p><p>Adam.<br />&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
