I said STB controller, but I should have said DVD controller

There are two versions of the DVD controller and the latest version supports the following DVD players, but many others of the same manufacturer will also work:-

What DVD players can be controlled by the STB controller?

I did not know this was possible.

Whilst it is possible, you have the VCR SCART connector available etc, but I would not spend the time and money doing it.

Other than having the DVD player located in the base, what is the value to you ? I would keep your DVD player external controlled by the STB (Set Top Box) controller.

Im thinking of buying a Beovision Avant VCR. would anyone think it possible to retro-fit a DVD player in place of the VCR player??
