    Service Manual Beovox5 Nr. 3538717

    Hello,

in the service manual of the Beolab8000 there is a reference on the first side "paste in service manual 3538717 Beovox 5". Can anybody please tell me where I can get this manual? I just want to have the set complete Smile

    Thanks

    Marcus

Thanks Peter. Have you ever heard of a speaker called Beovox5? I can't even imagine how it could look like.

Just had a look at this. I think this is probably an internal reference to the position where the service booklet should be kept! I can find no reference to a Beovox 5 and the Beolab 8000 speaker is now quite old so it would have emerged some time ago! Nice thought though!

Peter, I suppose you have a lot of service manuals (or even all?!?). Is there one with a nuber maching to the one I mentioned? The Manual of the Beolab8000 starts with 17-1, so the manual referred to must be very bulky. Do you know on which model the Beolab8000 is based on?

I have a number though the numbers are an internal reference number by B&O. I have all my manuals labelled in a different system made to aid posting them! No idea what 3538717 is - maybe the Penta?

This was my first thought as well, but unfortunately neither the Beovox nor the Beolab Penta Service manual is on the site :-(

Re: Service Manual Beovox5 Nr. 3538717

I have a Beovox 5 service manual. The standard manual covers Beovox 3000, Beolab 3000, Beovox 5000 & Beolab 5000. Suppliments added to this manual when the new products come out were Red Line 1000/2000/6000/7000, Beolab 4500 & Beolab 8000. These have all been added to the manual that I have.

    I also have

    Beovox 2 (S25, S35, S45-2, S75, M75, M100-2 plus a few stands & music system cabinets)

    Beovox 3 (MS150, M150, S120, S80, S50 plus stands & system cabinets)

Must be a Beovox 4 out there because I have a Beolab Penta (circuit diagram) suppliment for that.

Beolab 6000 has it's own service manual

Beolab 2000 has it's own too

    Beovox Uni-Phase manual covers S30, P30, S45, P45, P50, S60, M70 & a stand.

Beolab LCS 9000 is a stand alone S. manual

Beolab 4000 is a suppliment to paste into 'Service Manual Loudspeaker' .... so theres another out there.

As I don't have the facilities, I am happy for anyone to borrow these to make pdf's for the website. Even happier if someone wants to buy any!!

If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.

Peter I would send them to you long term without any payment, or to anyone who can make copies for the site. If any silver & gold members want borrow to make pdf's more the merrier.

I'd feel enormous guilt charging you for the benefit of the site. The thing is I bought all these manuals & can't afford just to give the originals away.

Don't be daft! Quite happy to pay! You shouldn't be out of pocket and having the manuals will be useful for the site. I have an A3 scanner now but scanning manuals doesn't help their condition!

Just checked the manuals I have, and the Beolab4000 has to be added to the Beolab6000 Manual. Compare the numbers if you don't beleive me ;-)
