    DVD2 / HDR2 shell

I love the look of the DVD2 and HDR2, I have seen them in the shop and they are beautiful.

I am thinking of getting from B&O the parts that make the shell of the HDR2, so that I can cover my sky set top box with it.

Then if one day I order a DVD2 or HDR2, I can nicely stack them ;-)

I think it's an excellent idea.
Let us know the cost of the cover if you'll get one.

So... I printed the service manual of the HDR2 from the member section, went to my dealer and ordered the top shell and front plate only.

It will not be perfect, as there will be some holes on the side and the front plate does not fit on the top plate without the chassis that I have not ordered.

But when I have these two pieces I'll see what I can do. Probably something with cardboard and table...

These two pieces are worth £130 / 195 € including shipping from struer to the dealer.

I have received the two parts now, the top shell and the front panel.

Good suprise, they clip nicely into one another so no need to do too much DIY.

I will post some pictures soon.
