Hi,

I can't change any of the settings on my Beosound 9000.

I need to reset the clock and retune the radio but the 'C L O S E - U P  O P E R A T I O N  P A N E L' will not respond.  None of the buttons appear to work.

Has anybody got any ideas?

take out the panel, when you put it back in make sure it clicks in properly, if that doesnt do the trick you the red connector may be loose inside the unit but ive never known that happen on its own,

Thanks a million.  It worked first time.  I was just sliding the panel in loosely and assuming it was connected.
