    Which Penta

I have a few of the classic Beomasters (6000 quad , bm/bl 5000 bm 1200) which I would like to leave set up in one room. Tower speakers would suit best so I am considering Penta's. Which of the penta's would be most suitable ? Beovox, mk1 or mk 2 ?

    Re: Which Penta

Hi, if you have one of the older BeoMasters, I would suggest BeoVox Penta or BeoLab Penta Mk1, since the absence of Powerlink outputs means you won't have any use of the display in the Pentas, and you won't be able to daisy chain the speaker (Powerlink) signals.

The Pentas have 92 dB efficiency, so you can use them with a lot of amplifiers, but of course if you want to be able to adjust the bass response and sensitivity, the BeoLab version would be a better alternative.Smile
