    Beolink

"Quick" question regarding Beolink. What hardware is required? Is there any non-B+O hardware compatible with the Beolink app for iPhone and Key remote such as light dimmers. The website seems pretty vague apart from some very nice cool videos!

You'll need a router/ wifi acess point and a MasterLink gateway to control your B&O MasterLink components.
Furthermore a bus controlled light/home automatisation system also connected to the ML-GW via RS232 or
    TCP/IP like KNX, Lutron, ...

All very good, but that's a lot of money your going to have to spend just to get it to work with the iPhone.

The idea is that you're not getting all of that "just" to use your iPhone with it.  You only need the MLGW and obviously some MasterLink products to actually get it to work.  If that's not what you're looking for there's easily like 10-20 little IR dongles with complimentary apps in the app store you could use.
