    BeoCenter 6-23 LOCKED!

    I have bought a BC6-23 from an auction(Lauritz) and they did not give me pincode so we had to get mastercode from B&O. I put in the mastercode and then it says "wait" and then shuts down. Now I can not do anything. TV is in standby but no reaction when I press a key from Beo4!! I leave it in standby over night but same no response Anhyone??

    Not sure, but I suppose stand-by is not enough (to reset), you might need to unplug it from the mains.

    When it asks for a PIN Code, are you holding down the 'left' arrow on the Beo4 ?

    This increases the digit input field from 4 to 5 - with the Master Code being 5 digits.  If it's still on 4 digits, then inputting the Master Code will fail - which it clearly is now.

    If you indeed are correctly inputting 5 digits, then check B&O have given you the correct Master Code (or you gave them the correct serial number!!)

    I have put in mastercode five digits but the telly is off and red dot is lighting but nothing happends when using Beo4
