    IR Splitter

Hi - can anyone let me know if I can use a standard headphone splitter in order to connect two IR blasters to my Avant STB-C - the devices are different i.e SKY+ and Apple so it shouldn't make any difference if the same signal is sent to both as one shouldn't react to the others codes?

No, you will need to split left and right "channels" into separate mono plug female connectors.

    Dealers can supply such splitter.

Hi, yes you can do this, as the signals are different. I do the same using a BeoVision 5 controlling a Virgin STB and an Apple TV. A simple Headphone splitter does the job.
