Buyers beware - most likely a scam on ebay

Hi all - just thought i'd share my feelings regarding a listing on ebay:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bang-Olufsen-Beosound-3200-B-O-and-BEOLAB-3-Speakers-/220822396665?pt=UK_ConElec_SpeakersPASystems_RL&hash=item336a0a5ef9

I spotted this setup for sale on gumtree a while back for £1500 all in - yes, £1500 for the 3200 and Beolab 3's. I've contacted the buyer again and said i'd go up to Newcastle to collect with cash. They refused wanting payment first then i could go up to collect or payment first then they would post or payment first then i could get a courier to pick them up..... hmmmm....

Caveat emptor - refusing cash on collection sealed it for me!

He "relisted" the B&W speaker he had from before probably to save time, which left the B&W brand on it.

Anyway, the nice thing about ebay (for BUYERS) is that if you pay via paypal it is almost impossible to get truly scammed.  You will get your money back.

I think this is just someone who is new to ebay and refused sale when previous price didn't reach expected...
