I have an Avant, but mine is very different to this in the pic. This one has no built in VCR or DVD, and a whole range of inputs at the rear.

Does anyone have any more info on this???

EDIT: Looks like a BeoSystem 1 panel. Everything's there, including the rgb and vga up there in the middle. US version?

This looks like the back of my Avant. Go to the B&O site and you can download the manual which will have the diagram and descriptions of all the connections.

We have the manual here as well ("Reference US Avant").

Mostly the connector panel just looks more comprehensive as all the signals are spread out in different connectors instead of a few SCARTs, but it does have a couple more inputs.

If I'm not mistaken then the Avant in this pic is the US version of the Avant... EU version is different when it comes to connections..

Yes, my Avant is a US version. Has one set of component/RGB inputs up near the Masterlink connection. Down at the bottom they are labeled SAT, DVD, V.AUX etc if I remember correctly. For each set of inputs there is there is an RCA  (?) inout, S-Video, Optical Digital, ir emitter etc. Am saying this from memory so may be a little off. Have not looked at back of mine for quite awhile.

As mentioned... Yes, this is a US model -type 8490.

And it has more STB-C outputs!! That's a big advantage.
