    Frozen Beo4 Remote control

    Hi there,

I wanted to see if you guys know how to reset the Beo4 remote. For some reason, it has frozen with "TV" in the display. I've taken the batteries out and left it for a while to see if it reconfigures, but when I put them back in, TV appears again.

    Any suggestions?

    Gavan

More than likely it's a collapsed dome foil whichn is a very inexpensive part.  Does it feel like the TV button is less "springy" than the other buttons?

I had that exact problem when I left our Beo 4 out on the terrace one Winter.

    Hey Alex,

    Thanks for the reply.

None of the buttons seem more or less "springy" than the others. Think its off to the B&O service team!

    Thanks again,

    G
