    Beotalk Power Supply Pinout

I purchased a Beotalk 1100 without the power supply a few months ago and just got around to making one for it. I'm using a 9v, 1.5A power supply and a 6-conductor RJ11 cable.

I've stripped the cables and found that there was continuity between the yellow and blue wires. I also touched the wires on various colours to find out which conductor was for the power supply. However, it seems that all I get is a bunch of popping noises from the speaker but no power trying every possible combination of conductors and positive/negative. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the unit, or was it dead from the start?

B&O are trying to charge $100 for the power supply and I think that's excessive, especially if the answering machine is broken.

    Thanks!
