    Beocenter 1 Failed motorised stand

    Hello I have a Beocenter 1 the stand fails to rotate of late, when I go into the service menu and ask it to calibrate ,the stand start to rotate then the message switches to calibration failed and the stand stops, any suggestions would be helpful, Thanks

    Well, to dispel a common misconception - the motor is actually in your TV.

    These units are robust, but can fail on occasion.  In order to have it looked at you'll need an engineer unless you're proficient with these things!

    I'm not sure as i'm not in front of one, but try a full reset on the TV if it will allow you (you need to be in the service menu to do this).  I've known this to work on BV7's - but the BC1 is a totally different chassis.  

    I do think it's an engineer job though.
