Surround speakers turn on but not off

    Hello!

I have e Bv7 mk3 and two bl4's as surroundspeakers. When I watch a 2.0 source the rear speakers are off (red light). If I then switch to a 5.1 tv-program or dvd the rear speakers automatically go green and start to work. All is fine so far.

But if I the go back to a 2.0 tv-source, the rear speakers are still on. And if I check soundsource in the menu i says speaker 5. My defaults are speaker 3 for video and speaker 2 for audio. In this case I have to switch the tv off to stop the rear speakers from giving sound.

Does anyone know why this happen?

... or press "LIST" on your Beo 4 till "SPEAKER" is displayed and then press "2" or "3"

I have a Beo5, how do I do this? And is this really to consider "normal"?

    Yes.

Everything is depending on the programming/config of your Beo 5 ...

Selecting a video source like "TV" you should find it under "Scene"
(maybe also on a secondary page of "Scene")

Find "Speaker..." select it and then press "Mode 2" or "Mode 3"
