Below is a flash mob type of video of a comedian, who walked into an Apple shop with a laptop setup to video him(and everyone laughing at him) to appear on HIS video. I watched it to the end, although I have to admit it was quite funny I really think the word "smug" totally misses the point. All the people there (clerks, customers) have been friendly or amused. If you think different go try yourself: Enter a BnO AD; enter a USB stick to their computer and try to tape yourself for the time of a whole song while dancing and singing in the store.
