    Re: Beovision 10-40 Questions

    Hi Koning,

Last week I went to see two dealers for a BV10-40 (or 32) and to my knowledge and information given to me there is no new screen, neither is there an extra HDMI. The 32" has 3

I got two price offers in today and am still thinking about what to do.

The poster with the BV-10 in three sizes to see how big or small it would be was nice though, I have put it op he wall now to get used to (and in love with) it.

At least here in USA, my Beovision 10-40 has 3 HDMI, no clouding issues. Just a recommendation, in the short, medium or long term whenever you can but think about make it 5.1 (4 speakers, 1 subwoofer). I wish I had done that before. You really get the most out of it.

    Re: Beovision 10-40 Questions

At this point I would predict that the next upgrade to any chassis will be to move to the Universal Video Engine. It's not in the immediate future, but too close at hand to warrant any interim changes. In terms of capabilities, any current television is a safe bet for the future and contains nearly every portion of the UVE, only in more component parts. The primary advantage of the UVE is not to add a variety of bells and whistles, but to unify chassis design to bring more products to market quicker. So anyone looking at a potential BeoVision purchase needn't worry that something vastly different is coming down the pike.

There is scarcely anything in this world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little more cheaply. The person who buys on price alone is this man's lawful prey. - John Ruskin

    Hi Trip and others,

Thanks for constructive feedback, and indeed if you order now the MKII version will be delivered including 3 HDMI

And guess what, that's what I just did ... (have to decide on speakerfabric colour though). The TV will be delivered in 3-4 weeks

And for those that didn't understand (like myself) that the TV is available in black OR white, this is the colour of the backpanel.
