    iTunes 10 Error

    Hi Everyone,

Not sure if you can help but I run a Mac and recently updated iTunes to the latest version 10. I also have a BeoPort connected to my Mac and I use BM Link to run the BeoPort connection. I'm trying to launch iTunes but I keep getting this error message: "The application iTunes quit unexpectedly. The problem may be caused by the BeoSoundPlugin plug-in".

I even uninstalled BMLink but that didn't help. I tried to search for this BeoSound Plug In but there's nothing to be found. I am not sure if anyone else ran into this problem with iTunes 10. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Marc

Try this thread for an answer to your problem:

Inside the error message you can locate the file inside user/library ....

    Re: iTunes 10 Error

You have to remove the plugin in Finder!

Go to (your user name) -> (library) -> (itunes) -> (itunes plug-ins)

And then move the beosound plugin to the trash.

    Greetings Michel

Yes, it worked! Thanks so much for your help. The only thing I noticed after deleting the Plugins is that the name of the songs no longer show up on my BS9000 when I use the N.Music function but at least it's running.

    Thanks again everyone.
