I always use fully wired cables if possible - with ICE amplifiers, the chances of hum are much greater than the older speakers.

I'll change it over and hopefully do away with the humming!!

How do you feel with BL11 JC?? I am asking because i am between BL2 and BL11 and the reviews so far are a bit controversial.

I'm very excited with the BL11... A BL2 has more earthquake power... but it's wayyy overkill on my appartement. The combination with BL8000's is excelent... Adds (needed?) punch to the BL8000s without the well known subwoofer sound... Some friends thought that it was some kind of design sculpture but were surprised that it's a subwoofer... also due to the fact that it generates almost zero vibrations.

I use the BL11 mainly for music where it gives the BL8000 more room to breath... In movies it's more subtile then the BL2 which could take down the block block... But.. it's my best B&O investment of the last years!

The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.

I concur with all of Karels's comments. I love with little thing, also one of the besy buys I have made in years.
