how exclusive are B&o posters especially that of sonja hennie and esther williams. 

were these produced in limited numbers by B&o.

also whether esther williams aka "american mermaid" was produced specially in a metal sheet.

The original posters are quite rare but later repro prints are generally available,
also as metal sheets.
There are almost constantly some for sale at Ebay and other places.
