    Faulty tweeter - beovox 5700

I actually posted this on the General Forum first. My brother dropped one of my Beovox 5700 speakers hence why the tweeter doesn't work. There was no sound at all from it so i unscrewed it from the speaker box and checked the wires, no sound. I then (probably not the best idea Embarrassed ) bumped it about around the sides and underneath and i got sound, but its still not as loud as the other tweeter!! Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks in advance for any input!!

Loose connection or faulty component in the cross over. If you had blown the tweeter, I would expect no sound.
