    spotted ... a web analysis of Beoworld ... :)-

    I was searching for beoworld ... and spotted a google entry for this site which sells web analytics ... they appear to have some stats on Beoworld and about us

    I was amused that apparently we are less affluent than the norm ... they must have measured my wallet after I ordered the BV7 ... :-)

    First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

    well we do have Beoworlders in Hong Kong, Malaysia and SIngapore if I can recall some of the old posts ...

    and then there is of course Australasia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australasia

    Not sure if I can trust the results from that site. This is what it says about one of our sites, vnunet.com:

    Most of our readers are fairly to very affluent and a business descision makers. I'd assume, but don't know (we don't ask!), that the majority have kids, as our demographic age group is 35+.

    Pich of salt?? Pinch of crap more like!!

    Total guesswork on their part, probably amalgamating typical 'forum users' and 'typical B&O consumers' and getting some kind of average.

    I can tell you now that absolutely NO details of our membership have ever (and will ever) be released to survey companies or 'stat gatherers' - so i know it's made up.  Our female membership is more like 0.31% as opposed to 31% by the way.

    Anyway, i can tell you for certain that 100% of the BeoWorld membership are handsome/beautiful, intelligent, well dressed and witty. How's that for a stat?

    Can't say that for the moderators though.. well, me anyway.
