And you have the last ever mobile phone made by B&O. Very tactile - I played with one for a few days - didn't work very well with my Mac but the sound quality was good.

    Re: Newbie

Yeah - I think it is true. I first bought a beocenter 2002 when I was a student collecting funk records. Ever since I took it to a B&O dealer for a service (10 years ago) I've been into B&O in a big way & now have a house full of the stuff!

I have a Serenata too and love it! It gets a bit of stick, but it is totally unique. All the iphone users I see on the train everyday are constantly checking it out!

I'm new to this forum too - and becoming addicted, slowly but surely!

Enjoy your Serenata, Madmover1,  and everything else B&O you've gotto come!

    Cheers,

    Thomas

    Re: Newbie

thanks for the warm welcome guys!  im 17 (so have a long time ahead to build on my collection), i love the phone ive managed to get it to work okay with the mac, ive had to have a bit of a play with it to have it set up how i like but its all up and running now. Im lucky that any issues i have with the mac i can try it on the other mac or on one of the pcs so im never going to be too stuck. Bit more about me, i first had a interest in B&O when i was 6 and my uncle bought a few things and had a TV and i was amazed at the time, while i watched him add to his collection over the years and receive b&o birthday presents etc i set some of my dreams to own certain b&o products, (Big Fan of the Beosound5 and the Beolab 5's) anyways i have some A8's amongst other B&O Stuff decided to treat myself and buy a serenata, Ive done some work experience for a couple of weeks at a B&O store so i have a good understanding of the range and products and a detailed understanding of some specific ones such as beosound5, beovis9, beolab 5, beovis8 and several other products so theres some more about me lol thanks again - Andy
