    MX4002 / Sky sound issue

    Hello all

First post so be easy with me please.

Just bought an MX4002 today and am made up with it.

I've connected the standard Sky box I have but can't get the Sky controller to operate the volume ! Is there something I'm missing or do I have to use the Beo4 remote I have for the volume.

Thanks in advance for all your help

Welcome to beoworld. Nice tele (ive got one in my kitchen). Not sure on an answer for you yet. But have you read through the sky manual which shows how to set up your sky remote to work your TV? Not 100% sure if there is a B&O code in the book for it. I'll just go and look.

    Turn on TV

    press tv on sky remote

hold down select and the red key together for about 2 seconds, until the red light on your sky remote control blinks twice

press tv on your sky remote again

key in 0118 (for B&O tv's) The light on your sky remote should blink twice

press the standby key on your sky remote

If your TV switches off, press select. The light on your sky remote should blink twice.

    That should do it.

It works on mine, let us know how you get on.

    Still no joy...

typed 0118 in but the light doesn't blink twice (I assume to recognise the command). As a result the Sky controller will not put the TV into standbye mode.

I've enclosed an image of the graphic found to the rear of the TV if it makes any difference ?

    Thanks once again
