    Beoport Question

We have Beoport in our den connected by Masterlink to an Avant and Beosound 3000 in one room and link speakers in another room. Today I noticed on  Beoport the sources TV and CD have disappeared. I went to the sources menu to add them back in but they are nowhere to be found. How do I get those two sources back?  Thanks!

    Re: Beoport Question

It sounds as if your Masterlink cable has become disconnected from your Beoport, or at least that was the case when your PC was booted.

I suggest you check the cable and if OK reboot your PC and check again.

For most situations the option would be set to "6"

    Re: Beoport Question

Thanks for the suggestions.  I went to check the option and for some reason it appears I now have Beoplayer instead of Beoport installed? When I I open the Guide it gives me the Beoport instructions but when I go to the settings menu it is for Beoplayer, there is no ability to get into the Advanced settings where the options are. Appears I may need to reinstall Beoport.

Interesting, not sure how that could have happened without user intervention

    Re: Beoport Question

    Hi Razlaw.
Beoport is a tangible object (Blackbox) whereas Beoplayer is a computer program.
If you click on Beoplayer icon, I think there is the option to "repair".

I clicked on the Beoport Icon on the desktop and reinstalled the software and all works fine now. Thanks for all of the input.
