Does Lintronic offer the use of an actual BnO eye (hockey puck)??

Does the Lintronic unit need "line of sight" with the Beolink Eye???

Yes you can use a B&O puck as an external receiver for Lintronic. In this case you can hide the unit itself in a cabinet and leave only the puck (IR Receiver) outside. You can then place IR emitters on your receiving equipment for converted IR codes.

It is my understanding that when and external IR receiver is connected, such as B&O's puck, the internal Lintronic IR receiver is disabled.

Michael at Lintronic is always very responsive and you can contact him through the Forum on the Lintronic site itself, or directly through email for very specific technical answers.
