    Speaker connections

I got a call yesterday from a customer who needs speaker cables for a BeoCenter 3500 matched to BeoVox S45 (US circa 1977).  I cannot tell by looking at the manual, so can someone tell me which speaker plug is used for this connection, and would they be male or female.  Thanks in advance.

    Re: Speaker connections

these would be the typical (2) prong passive plugs: (1) spade and (1) pin ...the spade is -negative.

the male plug inserts into the beocenter / the female inserts into the speaker.

for (2) speakers you will need (2) males and (2) females.

there are typically two types available: solderable or screwed.

    Hello ALL,

I'm just getting started with this site... Have had a Beomaster 2400 for ages and BeoVox S45's in need of the very same plugs mentioned by "burantek".

Can anyone tell me a source for either on-line ordering, or for a phone call order center?

I'm in New Jersey... and looking forward to reading all I can here.  Thanks,

    J in Jersey
