Hi guys

I have virgin box which I want to copy my content on dvd 2 hard drive then burn onto disc, is there an easy way to do this I seem to be able to start the recording on the dvd 2 but once i stop it and go into the menu the only thing i see is the b&o intro. The other question I have is I have a beomedia 1 with fault external power supply, can i use alternative, or does anyone know the part number.
