    BEOSOUND 9000 type 252X MK I

I have a BS9000 MK I type 252X - I want to know if its got the RDS module in as I can name stations.

It seems not to pick up the RDS information but does have the option to select RADIO TEXT, but never displays this either.

Is there a way to tell if its has the RDS module in or not.

I thought they all had RDS?? Just checked the service manual and there is no mention of non RDS versions.
