    membership renewal: problems

    im facing some problems with the renewal of my gold founder membership; for the time being i just lost that status and i can't renew it.

    i guess i need some help

    Hi,

    I've just renewed, took a minute or so, and I got the gold status (and the coveted "f") back.

    One thing - do the drop down that changes the type from bronze to gold - it defaults to bronze when yo fill the form in, which could be your problem ??

    Hi

    Yes the reason you are now bronze is that you didn't renew within the renewal period and your membership will default back to bronze. All you need to do is go to this page  http://www.beoworld.org/register.asp?action=regrade_view and upgrade your account to gold. Your previous membership status will then be reinstated.
